At Journey Healing Centers we take great pride in the high level of care and dedication that our staff shows for each individual. Many of our staff are in recovery themselves, and having experienced their own battle with addiction, they know exactly what our guests are going through. Being able to emphasize with each of our guests individually lends to a more comfortable, safe and secure atmosphere for overcoming addiction. Each guest is able to connect with our staff on a personal level and look to them as examples, mentors, and their hope for a better, more sober future.
 

Treatment Options

 
We believe in a holistic approach to addiction treatment. Using a holistic approach allows us to assist in addressing the whole problem rather then focusing on one aspect of the problem. Because of this approach, we are able to offer a number of different treatment options depending on the needs and preference of each guest. We provide independent counseling, or one-on-one sessions with a counselor. This allows the treatment focus to be solely on the individual. We also offer group therapy sessions. These group sessions provide reassurance to our guests that they are not alone in their struggle, and they can look to their peers for help, guidance, and perspective. We also offer family therapy because addiction doesn’t just affect the person who is addicted, but addiction also has an extended effect on families as well. We bring all these therapies together to treat each of our guests.
 
Our treatment programs range from 28 to 90 days depending on the individual needs of our guests. Once residential treatment is completed, aftercare needs are then assessed and determined. All Journey Healing Centers guests receive free aftercare for life. Journey Healing Center’s meetings are always open to our previous guests should they feel the need to attend. During our guests 28 to 90 day stay they will be able to receive our effective and customized healing programs that will fit their needs specifically. In addiction to all counseling and therapy sessions, each guests will also enjoy the added healing qualities of our various activities such as Yoga, Nature Walks, Massage Therapy, and/or Painting.
